The entrance gate foundation ceremony of CA Gold City, a well-known project by Mr. Zahid Javid, was held on December 23rd at CA Gold City in Sialkot. CA Gold City is a unique housing project located on Eimanabad Road, close to the GC Women’s University. It is owned by Mr. Zahid Javid and is being developed by Crawford Developers. Honorable guests from different walks of life including business communities attended this event which was graced by garlands of flowers given to them by the organizers.
CEO of CA Gold City Mr. Zahid Javid performed his official duties as chief guest of the event by greeting guests and giving them flowers as tokens of friendship and appreciation for coming to support him in this venture. A welcome segment opened the ceremony, during which the host welcomed all guests and thanked them for attending. Mr. Zahid Javid, gave a speech about how this development will benefit everyone who buys a house here. He highlighted the vision and goals of CA Gold City for the future, describing how they can make your dream come true through innovative ideas and concepts. He spoke of continued work on the project and assured us that work will be completed in the near future and explained how they want to create an environment where you feel comfortable living your life with your family in a secure atmosphere with all modern amenities around you. He ended by thanking the architects for all their hard work on the project.
After that, there was a presentation about this project from Architects & Developers which included details about the infrastructure. The presentation focused on the phase-wise design and construction of each phase of CA Gold City housing schemes, which helped them create an impact on the audience. They were highly satisfied with their work and appreciated it very much. The dinner was served to all the guests at the conclusion of the event.
